The Hippie Killer – 1965 BSA A65 Lightning by 138 Cycles
This chopper is the pretty awesome looking Hippie Killer by bike builders the 138 Cycle Fabrication Company, based out of Lebanon, Ohio and built using a 1965 BSA A65 Lightning donor bike. If you recognise the look it’s because the Hippie Killer’s individual style is in homage to the west coast chopper culture of the 1960’s.
It’s finished with a matt black frame highlighted with a multicolored paint job on the gas tank in bursts of color from yellow to orange and red. A hand-made black and red leather seat, matt black rims and some pretty slick custom chrome details.
It sits low to the ground and “Pulls like a mule”, with a 2-into-1 rear exhaust, a digital speedometer, a Thomaselli throttle and an electronic ignition by Pazon.
