The hornet Ds is a part of the Shoei lineup, aimed at the Dual-sport and Adventure Touring market. The helmet is 1.55 kg , lightweight for a medium-sized helmet making it very easy to ride with. The Hornet DS is DOT and SNELL certified for full road use. The extra wide eye port helps the design for a great city helmet with clear visibility for an urban environment.
The helmet has plenty of ventilation to avoid fogging up the screen in a crowded city location. The face shield can be removed if greater airflow is needed. Available from $510.99 the Hornet DS is sold in several different color options.
