This is the latest custom build from Japan based Heiwa MC, the ‘Triwa’ a 1958 Triumph TR-6. Given the sheer number of custom shops in Japan, it’s hard to do something different or unique, but Heiwa MC seem to be able to do just that with every project and especially with this latest bike.
It’s hard not to admire the ambition behind a project like this, in Japan, using a 1958 British bike, and applying the kind of detail and attention that only Japan can.
Built by Kengo Kimura the list of custom features and accessories are as long as they are unique, with just about everything from the handle bars, to the swing arm being custom fabricated or made especially for this project by Heiwa MC. The fuel tank is a one-off, as is the oil tank, the electrics and the foot controls. The custom candy paint job, by Six Shooter with chrome rims and telescopic SHOWA forks in chrome finish this low riding bad boy off just perfectly.
