77 BMW R60/7 by ER Motorcycles
The 77 BMW R60/7 by ER Motorcycles is only the second bike design for this innovative engineer who is notably one of Europe’s new leading trend setters. His name is Blaž Šuštaršič, which may be hard to remember, but his bikes are defiantly easy to spot. This ‘77 BMW follows his first ’83 Beamer R80 mod from late 2012. Blaž has nicknamed his recent creation “The Macchiato”.
Not only is this beast a speed demon that purrs like a tiger, the designer’s high attention to detail is really what sets this bike apart from the rest. With HP Course silencers, a custom chrome exhaust, stock air filters, and a Bing carburetor which is also stock, this is quite an impressive work of art. Blaž modified the rear loop and swapped a R100 RT for the original forks. Continental TKC80 thick rubbers with dual front disc brakes make this puppy handle like a dream.
The gas tank on the 77 BMW R60/7 by ER Motorcycles is actually from an R50/5 model, and Šuštaršič painted all of the graphics himself in-house. In his previous life, he was a rather well respected graphic designer, but we are sure glad that he changed his line of work!
