Honda CB350 The Black
Sixty-Six motorcycles from Australia have created this Honda CB350 called ‘The Black’.The Honda CB350 has been designed to be nimble with an impressive weight of 350 pounds. The client wanted a small capacity street bike in a classical style with a red tank from a CB200. Unfortunately the red tank was not up to scratch. A air-cooled motor was fitted with K&N filters, with rejetted dual keihin carburetors. 18 Inch reverse cones were fitted to funnel out all exhaust fumes while the header pipes remained the same. The bike got new steel fenders, indicators, a Daytona headlight and gauge and Tarozzi rearsets. The classic parts have been rebuilt rather than replaced, the braking drum was vapour blasted and the wheel hubs were powder coated. This all helps to add to the effect of a nibble street bike, with a slightly elongated feel to it.The rear Shocks are from Australian maker Gazi which have soft springs and light damping for the best control possible. The tyres are Avon AM26 roadriders, chosen for their combination of classical style and maintained performance. The Black performs great around cities and has enough power for tight streets. This is an excellent build without coasting too much money, the finish is still a top-notch quality.
