Ferrari 340/375 MM Berlinetta Competizione

Going under the hammer for a record €9,856,000 the Ferrari 340/375 MM Berlinetta Competizione now holds the Italian record for being the most expensive classic Ferrari ever.

With it’s rich racing pedigree including a victory for Mike Hawthorn and Umberto Maglioli  at the 1953 Pescara 12 hours, among many other accolades, the Pininfarina styled Ferrari was sold at auction in the beautiful Villa Erba on Lake Como, Italy by RM Auctions

Since 1993 only one other car was sold for more money, the Ferrari 250 TR that sold for a massive $16.9 million two years ago.
